Every place you see a red balloon or thumb tack is the home of a convicted felon. Just place your mouse over an icon & not only will the name come up, but also the crime they were convicted of. We don't lock them unless we go out of state. Nothing ever happens I think it scares them maybe, I know when our daughter was in the hospital we stayed there all the time and the people good and bad sort of to speak had eyes on our house at all times. Seemed there was a peeper living in the deserted barn of our neighbor's farm. So, I clicked "search" again. This time a totally different list of dots and pins popped up. Each time I click "search" I get a different configuration. On one "search" there was a dot and a pin at the end of our street (where there are two houses). The names bore no resemblance to the persons who live there. I'm beginning to wonder how valid this site is? ???

There is a convicted sexual offender that moved in down the road from me about 8 months ago. The sheriff dept had to bring him around. He is not on the map. I saw a few invalid ones too. If you have kids I would encourage you to check the official convicted sex offender's list for your state every few months. The offender's are required by law to notify authorities when they move, and that info gets published to the official state list. Of course they don't always notify the local authorities, especially if they are up to no good. But that is probably the most accurate source for this type of info. LOL I don't even know if all of my windows have locks that work. The door is shut but unlocked. The TV is on so Cisco has something to watch while we're gone.. "YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR SEAT BELT ON !" then she starts to give me this 30 minute speech about how that $5.00 ticket is now $150.00 dollars :o I timed it , 29.5 minutes after I buckled up the speech was over and then she says I will pay it , not her ... so in my retort I tell her she is a irresponsible driver for going down road with a passenger unbuckled ;D and say , this is your ship lady , you're the captain of this vessel it is your responsibility to make sure your crew is safe ! big mistake , a peanut butter and jelly for supper mistake you can't win for losing sometimes you know :P one day I'll learn ... it's just 'yes dear' ...
