Title: Former Tide star Josh Rutledge continues to shine for the Colorado Rockies

Appearing in his 16th game Tuesday night, the Cullman native went 2 for 5 and drove in three runs while raising his batting average to .381. Rutledge hit his third home run in am 11-6 loss at home to the St. Louis Cardinals.

Rutledge, drafted  now has 24 hits in 63 at-bats. He has six doubles, two triples and three stolen bases.

In his past three games, Rutledge has seven hits in 14 at-bats. He has scored four runs and has driven in five.
