I think the NCAA should do its own investigation then give Penn State the death penalty. Maybe that will shut everyone up there up. Amazing arrogance and self-denial.

If there is more that comes out while the case is under review it could, as MD suggests, go from worse, to worser.

I don't know who has the authority to speak for Penn State. That is the only possible way I can see for them to get around the signed consent degree.
