App reaffirmed Basden's comment today. Quote Liner, a defensive tackle, was arrested twice in a 10-day period in July, once for allegedly yelling obscenities and throwing objects at a police officer who had pulled over his mother in a separate car. Liner was charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing government operations.
