With a season opener against Michigan a little more than a week away, the University of Alabama coaching staff is hopeful that a few players nursing minor injuries can heal as quickly as possible as game-week practices approach.

I have to wonder if Lacy will be able to stay healthy for the entire year. :(
I certainly hope so but I'm not so sure about it.

Right now it appears that we have the luxury to bring him along slowly.  Then we'll have him healthy for the biggest SEC games.

He's tough.  He played well during the BCSNC, despite needing surgery.  I expect him to want to play more than they allow him to play.

Fortunately, Yeldon is an elite talent!
