Title: Is Micheegan for real? It's up to Robinson to show us against Alabama Post by: #1Tidefan on August 25, 2012, 12:58:35 AM Quote "We don't want him hit," Borges said, summarizing the makeover. "It's disconcerting when that much of your offense runs through one player. You want him to be the centerpiece but to point that much onus on one kid is an accident waiting to happen." :'(Quote "They want to give him the ball first," Damion Square told reporters earlier this month, "and that's what we're coming to stop." ;)Quote Is Michigan back? 8)Check the fleetest feet, check the pressure-per-square inch, check that awesome Alabama D. Then check with Michigan to see if it held on by a Shoelace. http://www.cbssports.com/collegefootball/story/19887295/is-michigan-for-real-its-up-to-robinson-to-show-us-against-alabama Title: Re: Is Micheegan for real? But history tells us that running QBs are carted off the field against Alabama more often than they dance in the endzone. Hope he isn't permanently injured. ??? Title: Re: Is Micheegan for real? It's up to Robinson to show us against Alabama Post by: 2Stater on August 25, 2012, 06:57:04 AM I hope we're prepared for the trick plays. I think they will have 3 or 4 waiting for us to help take some of the pressure off of Robinson.

He may pull a Texas-style shoulder smashup if he keeps the ball much. Title: Re: Is Micheegan for real? It's up to Robinson to show us against Alabama Post by: pmull on August 25, 2012, 07:20:55 AM I expect him to make a few nice runs. I expect he will finish the game but by mid-third quarter he will be beat up pretty good and it will effect his play. By the 4th quarter he will have the same look on his face George Jefferson did in the BCSCG.
