I can't argue the fact that they are young and inexperienced but I have to realize why they are in that shape. How many players have been suspended or transfered off of their team since Cheezit was hired at the Barn. to me this is the main reason for their team labeled as being young each year as well as the coaching staff seems to change as much as the players get suspended.
Having said that, does anyone understand why the Barn is always young and inexperienced now. Good coaches usually turn out good teams after 4 years and recruiting his own players. Saban won a NC, Chiznik is staring at an 8-4 to 6-6 team in his 4th year, strange. I don't get it. ???
