This will be the first test for the coaches and leaders of the team in preparing Bama for the next game. Bama should win this game easily and probably will but sometimes the players can't let go of a big win and the game that should have been a cakewalk ends up having to play the starters the majority of the game.

Hopefully this game will offer some valuable playing time for the reserves.

Quote
WKU's Head Coach (Taggart) said he's confident Western Kentucky will improve on that mark next week when the team goes to Tuscaloosa to play No. 2 Alabama.

"You make your biggest improvement from game one to game two," Taggart said. "We're banking on game two being a lot better."

This could be considered a trap game since it is wedged in between two top 10 opponents Michigan and Arkansas. Western KY will not be able to stay with us even if we play poorly. My hope is Arkansas has our attention and we put in a good effort in practice and dominate early so we can get a lot of reserves in the game.

You came dangerously close to calling Western Kentucky a trap game! LOL

I don't know but I would guess they run some type of a spread with folks scatterd all over the field with a scrambling QB. That's a lot of offense.

All their RBs/QB are getting 7 yds. a carry. Lions, and tigers and bears...OH MY!

39.5?  I know we can put that many points on them. The question is, will CNS allow that many?
 :dunno:

I agree with you Merk. I would think if CNS puts in the reserves he won't call them off until the end of the game. They have to work to hard not to have some fun on Saturday. RTR!

Its mouth reminds me of a Honduras machete fight.
