Oddsmakers have put Alabama at about a 40-point favorite to beat Western Kentucky on Saturday, but Tide head coach Nick Saban doesn’t want to hear about that.

He doesn’t want to talk about that, either. Seriously, he doesn’t. During his regular Monday news conference today, a reporter told Saban that he didn’t want to “presumptive,” but wanted to know how much the Tide coach hoped to play backup quarterback Phillip Ely and the second team.

“It’s typical of what you all would think and what our fans would think that because these guys play in the Sun Belt that they’re not very good,” Saban said. “It really is presumptive … and so presumptive that I’m not even going to answer it.” ...
