Quote Welp, things could be getting a lot worse for LSU regarding the injury to offensive lineman Chris Faulk. The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports Thursday that Faulk is likely to miss the season with a major knee injury. The school, however, has not offered an official statement on the subject. If true, there’s no understating the loss. Faulk is projected to be a first-round pick for next year’s NFL draft. This is BIG. It's the kind of injury luck that makes accurate preseason-predictions impossible. I think this could be a game changer for LSU.

Trying to replace a NFL first rounder and learn the position while the season is going on will be a HUGE challenge. I doubt it will happen.
