Random unannounced testing is the best way to detect this problem, but if nothing is done when the problem is detected, then what has been accomplished? :dunno:

Story for Friday morning:

My first class at Alabama was in Morgan Hall, 8AM.  First day of the first semester I walked in and saw a guy sitting on the floor in the hallway.  He was smoking a joint.  True.

Welcome to college.  Apparently it's still prevalent.
