How many yards for Yeldon today?  I say he gets over 100 again before they move on to the backup committee.

So do I.  I think 115.

That'd be great, IF HE STAYS HEALTHY.  I'm betting he has limited play today to 1) keep him healthy, 2) keep him humble, and 3) give the other backs (Hart, Fowler, etc) a chance to develop their legs.

Therefore, I say he gets 56 yards on 8 carries.

Yeldon is the first freshman RB at Bama to rush for 100 yards in his first game.  I think he gets 100 today, before he gets to 10 carries.

How much Lacy do we expect to see?  I think he plays, Saban respecting the opponent, but I'd like for him to heal better before Arky, where we will need him.

Texas A&M marched down the field and kicked a FG on their opening drive.  Florida had them stopped on 3rd down pretty early in the drive but had a penalty to give them the first down.

Maybe the Big 10 is REALLY as weak a league as we've always thought.

I feel much better about it now actually.  We obviously needed the work in that area.  We totally abandoned the running game, that much was obvious.  If we mix in the running game and the play action pass with those drop back passes it would be much harder for the D to get those 6 sacks.  Next week we will go back to our normal M.O. and we will be a little better at pass blocking when we do call those plays.
