Not surprising considering his age and health issues.

One year late.

Recruiting violations dogged him all last year.

Didn't read the article but any speculation this is due to continued NCAA problems?

No, but reading between the lines it's a combination of NCAA problems and his health. His list of health/injuries reads like a nightmare.

He carried these guys up front for a long time. I don't know for sure how so he must have been some kind of good coach in BB. RTR!
