In other regional action:

UCLA has locked up the top spot in the Athens Regional.  UGA and LSU are battling for second and the spot in the NCAA Championships.  UGA has a .850 advantage entering the final rotation, so pencil them in to Indy.

Oklahoma and Washington are the top two in the Norman Regional after all teams have completed 2 rotations.  Oklahoma has a commanding lead, with Washington and Utah neck and neck for the 2nd NCAA spot.

With one rotation complete in Ann Arbor, Michigan and Stanford are in the lead.

Oregon State leads in their regional followed by Nebraska.

In the Denver regional, they are just underway.  Florida and Arkansas are in this regional and would be the favorites.

In the other regionals, Michigan has won.  Minnesota and Stanford (the top seed) finish in a tie.  To break the tie, the dropped scores are added back in.  According to my Math, Minnesota takes the tie breaker.

Huge upset in Michigan.  Stanford was ranked 4th going into the regional. Minnesota was 23rd.

In Denver, Florida leads with Arkansas and Denver battling for second.

In Oregon, Oregon State and Nebraska are comfortably in first and second.

I wonder if etiquette is different for gymnastics.  Several years ago, at a gymnastics meet between us and Georgia, one of their gymnasts had a minor fall from the balance beam.  She basically stepped off and wasn't the least bit hurt.  It was a tight match up until then, and I said, whispering to myself, "YES!!!"  Well, some woman behind me started going on rather loudly about how classless Alabama fans are.  I kept my comments to her to myself, but I'm thinking that if an opposing football player gets creamed by one of our guys, I'm going to cheer as long as both guys get up.  Am I missing something that's different about gymnastics?  ???

This is another huge upset in the making.  Florida is the #1 team in the nation.  Arkansas and Boise State need to score higher than 49.05 to beat Florida.  Boise State is having the meet of their year, scoring 49+ on every event so far tonight.  Arkansas has scored 49+ on 2 of 3 events tonight.
