The back-to-back NCAA Champion Alabama Gymnastics team received their championship rings Saturday during halftime of the Alabama-Mississippi football game in front of 101,821 fans at Bryant-Denny Stadium Saturday night.

"These ladies came to Alabama for the chance to be champions, for the opportunity to stand in front of 101,000 fans as national champions," UA head coach Sarah Patterson said. "It is what they work for every day. It is the goal, for both athletes and coaches, every year.

It was the Crimson Tide's sixth NCAA Championship under coaches Sarah and David Patterson, now in their 35th season at the Capstone.
