Well based on what he said tonight we don't need to be worried about that either for a long time. The best thing I've heard probably since he came in the first place:
Quote 2. He was asked if he could envision coaching as long as Kansas State's Bill Snyder, who recently turned 73. - "I love doing this. I really do. I really do. I really, really do. I hope I'm fortunate to do it for a long time ... It's a lot of sacrifice a lot of people have to make for you to be a coach. For the time you spend, the attention -- sometimes positive, sometimes negative -- you receive, everybody makes a lot of sacrifices and I really appreciate that a lot from my family. As long as they can tolerate it, I guess I'll be able to tolerate it." He was asked if it's good for college football when Notre Dame is successful. #+- "It's good for college football when Notre Dame is good? To me, it's good for college football when Alabama is good." I think success is what drives him and if that drops off, even just a notch, he'll pack it in. This may sound like all-time homerism but I just hope the rest of college football is up to presenting him with challenges!
