Title: Releford Leads Dangerous Tide BB Team Looking to Make Noise
Post by: Marshal Dillon on October 29, 2012, 08:58:29 PM
Good article.

Lacey, Cooper and Randolph are all sophomores from the state of Alabama who made an impact at various times during last season. Lacey was a top 25 national recruit in 2011 who came on strong toward the end of the season. The only senior on the team is Andrew Steele (6-4, 225) who had the maturity as a junior to consistently get the foul line or come up with a big defensive stop. The backup point guard is Retin Obasohan, a redshirt freshman from Belgium

Gueye, a native of Senegal, has only played organized basketball for the past three years and he was only healthy for one of those years. He has lost nearly 40 pounds since last season.

Lean and mean.  Good to see him healthy and conditioned.  He could have a big impact this year.

I look forward to watching this team play. I think CAG likes this team. Look for terrific defensive play and maybe this is the year we hit a few outside shots.

I think we have Sweet 16 potential.

I like what I hear from CAG. He knows BB and if he thinks we can be a dangerous team I have no reason to doubt. One game at a time win and get better when the SEC season starts we can challenge Kentucky. RTR!
