We asked you earlier this week to predict how many points would be scored Saturday night in the Alabama-LSU showdown, and it's pretty obvious that nobody expects to see a shootout.

Not even close.

Keep in mind that these two teams have combined for just one touchdown in the past eight-plus quarters against each other, which includes the overtime game in Tuscaloosa, Ala., last season. Alabama scored that lone touchdown in January's BCS National Championship Game when Trent Richardson ripped off a 34-yard scoring run with 4 minutes, 36 seconds to play.
