This looks like a good ten to me:

12:00 PM Arkansas at No. 8 South Carolina CBS
12:00 PM 24 Northwestern at Michigan ESPN
12:21 PM Missouri at Tennessee SEC Network
3:00 PM No. 11 Oregon State at No. 14 Stanford FOX
3:30 PM No. 15 Texas A&M at No. 1 Alabama CBS
3:30 PM Penn State at No. 16 Nebraska ABC/ESPN2
3:30 PM West Virginia at Oklahoma State ABC/ESPN2
7:00 PM No. 2 Kansas State at TCU FOX
7:00 PM No. 21 Mississippi State at No. 7 LSU ESPN
7:00 PM Vanderbilt at Ole Miss ESPNU

Maybe replace NW-Mich with Oregon and Cal.

The FSU VT game may be more interesting than Tenn Mizzou or PSU Neb

Could be.  That's a Thursday night game.

I don't see a line on this game for some reason:

3:00 PM No. 11 Oregon State at No. 14 Stanford FOX

I guess I will substitute one of the others.

No line for this one either, probably because of the unknown nature of Collin Klein's injury:

7:00 PM No. 2 Kansas State at TCU FOX

I don't know. FSU is good, but VT has been just plain bad this season. Worst Hokie team probably in about 20 years. Not barn bad, of course, but bad.

Most services have Stanford a favorite at 4.5 points.  http://www.vegasinsider.com/college-football/odds/las-vegas/

You are right about the second game, no line with Klein's unknown status.

Florida State is a 14 point favorite over Virginia Tech.  Tricky game to pick, Thursday night in Blacksburg.  An overrated team versus an underperforming team.

  I've got no clue how to pick all these games with such high point spreads on games where I don't give a crap about either crappy team...looks like it will be another throw away week for me  :-\

:wall: I'm going to just copy SC's picks and try to price-is-right him on the crappy tie breaker   ;)

I haven't put much effort into my picks the last of couple of weeks and it shows.  I think I was 4-6 again last week.

I think after such a breath taking win last week. I really think the spread between Alabama and TA&M is way to large. I see a very close game maybe like:
Alabama 22
TA&M 21
RTR!

Is there any way to change the pickem cut-off clock from 5 minutes to 1 minute?

I've been busy the past few weeks and have to make some last minute picks while watching Gameday Saturday morning.  And I keep getting cut off right when finalizing picks on early games.

It is 10 minutes before the published kickoff time on the site that I get the lines from, which is typically 5 minutes before the broadcast starts for games that are televised.  I could probably change it to 5 minutes before kickoff without being in danger of allowing picks before the game starts.  That would typically make the cutoff 11:00 AM for the early games, 2:30 for the afternoon games, etc.  I will try to do that for next week.

Well I had to change mine I couldn't bet against our Tide even though I think 13 1/2 is to many points to try to overcome. RTR!

Thanks SC

I realized too late that Denard Robinson was out for the game, and Northwestern had a bye week to prepare, so thought the 11 point spread was too high, but that was around 10:56 a.m.

Mizzou and UT are tied. Mizzou scored on 4th and long. CDD may slit his throat over this one.

Dooley goes for it on 4th down instead of kicking the field goal in overtime, and TN fails.  MO then kicks a field goal and wins!

Dooley really doesn't want that job.

The pick six in the last minute of LSU/MSU was the difference in a respectable 7-3 and a mediocre 6-4. >:(

Congratulations to all that did better than me. "Sorry for your luck" to all that fared worse.

That one helped me, but the last second Vandy TD knocked me out of that one.

I picked all the games and gave the points this week to see
how right the odds makers were  with their calls ...
I about got my clock cleaned and was barely above .500
bad strategy ? maybe , but I have did worse .

what I am happy about is that I got closer than I ever
have at the yardage prediction ...
congrats to Chech on his one yard pick , maybe one day I can
get that close ...

congrats to all that played and I think 7-3 for this week was
very a good  finish ... good job folks !

Don't even try and compare the heartbreak of a last minute pick six to a 2:00 8-10 play scoring drive.  >:(

Matter of fact, the Vandy/OM game was hanging around in push territory most of the evening.

I turned it to the Oregon game after the late Ole Miss FG to cover.  The next thing I know ol' WALL-E is updating the leader board with the final score and I am moving down the list.  ???

I have 6-and-4ed my way into the top by 5. I think I only hit 7 wins one week.
