Gators in the Sugar Bowl? Has he forgotten about Georgia? Am I missing something?

Florida will probably be ranked ahead of Georgia since they will have one lose and Georgia (by then) will have 2.

So their reward for beating Florida is to have Florida go to the Sugar and get a big BCS payout while they go to another bowl and get half the payday. Sounds fair to me.

LOL. Ya I guess so. Must be a trend of not making the SEC Championship game, but still going to the Superdome. Although we did it better.

It is not fair but the loser of the SEC CG often falls behind another SEC team they beat in the regular season when it comes to bowl bids. You are OK if you go into the game without a loss like Alabama in 2008 or Florida in 2009. If the loss is your 2nd you normally don't get a BCS bid.

However, in this case Florida must beat Florida State.
