Most of them behave. edit: I searched and found this (2007 numbers): "The NCAA is a membership-led nonprofit association of colleges and universities committed to supporting academic and athletic opportunities for 408,364 (2007) student-athletes in 28 men's and 27 women's intercollegiate sports with 17,713 teams participating at more than one thousand member schools."
