I may be able to get y'all a deal on coal if WV opts out on this United States crap. I only hope I'll still be able to get the Bama games on TV. ??? Title: Re: 23 states petitioning for secession since election Post by: cbbama99 on November 13, 2012, 05:55:07 PM Well since MD is solidly blue, I'll either head down to Bama or I'll come over and join you in the Republic of WV.

I guess the new R of WV will have to inspect all imports/exports. Specifically, we should focus our efforts on landing the pie tasting jobs. Oregon could maybe just gradually quit sending in their paperwork and maybe no one would notice them gone.Title: Re: 23 states petitioning for secession since election Post by: SUPERCOACH on November 14, 2012, 11:35:14 AM I saw on another article (USA Today maybe?) where one of the states was Oregon. Over 30 states have signed petitions now including New York and New Jersey. The red states are balking at the Obama Care mandates. This has the potential to get real ugly. Title: Re: 23 states petitioning for secession since election Post by: BAMAWV on November 14, 2012, 02:05:19 PM In addition to secession petitions there are also other serious matters under consideration by the White House:

Is it the "red" minority from those states mobilizing out of protest?

Is it the "red" minority from those states mobilizing out of protest? Anyone can start a petition with the whitehouse.gov sign-in. The trouble lies in getting 25,000 others to create an account and E-sign your petition.I tried to create an account today, but as of now, have yet to receive the confirmation email from the WhiteHouse.gov site. Wanna bet Mister Transparency and company have stopped sending them out? See if you can create an account. I have tried twice. It is a 15 second sign up-- email addr and a password, then a fill in the characters box. |
