He was HC at Ntre Dame and the offense was okay for two years and a disaster the rest of the time. How much of the Patriots offense was really his doing? I think Tom Brady is the real reason for the success. Plus, since Weiss left the Patriots, they haven't missed a beat offensively. In fact, I think the offense may have been better since he left.
