I hope the mods will bear with me. I don't know if this has been on the news, but I thought some of you would be interested.

Hopefully retaliation will put an end to this entire saga.  Maybe his solitary confinement will end soon.

Off topic is one thing, but why the teaser?  :P   It's about van der sloot being involved in stabbing incidents in prison.

This guy is definitely not playing with a full deck, but that does not mean that he is not a real sicko and I hope the Peruvians find some unique ways to get confessions out of this scumbag.

I think the Natalie's family deserves to know what happened.  I hope they get it out of him before they off him.

Don't see it as a teaser. He's the main suspect in the very high profile murder of an Alabama teenager. I said it was not sports-related but did apply to our state. This murder has been front and center for years.

teaser meaning the title of the thread doesnt indicate the content, but then a step further neither did the content of the OP.  You had to click the link to see what it was about.  That is full on teaser.

No worries, I can move it to halftime later...

Unfortunately, this type of offender will go to his grave without saying anything. It's a power and  control thing. He maintains control by being the only one who knows the full story on what happened. I can't believe he has stabbed THREE people in separate incidents. I guess the Peruvians have never dealt with a guy like this.

The Peruvian guards need to let Chech take his knife collection to use on, er, I mean show Joran (pronounced urine, and fittingly, I might add).

Excellent idea, but I don't think the kitty cat will want one of his knives to be polluted by the likes of Van der Sloot.

 :(

Hey MD I had to give you one on this one. I have thought about this family a lot since this happened. I surely don't know if he did one of my kids that way what I would do. Forgiveness yes but retalliation probably but I would hope not. God forgive me. Good read though. RTR!

I'd donate a dagger for the cause.

I was in the Caribbean when the girl was killed.  Everyone could identify with the Holloway family.  The resort where we were staying has rules that their employees can't "date" the guests, nor those at other resorts.  The manager told me they started the rule after an "unsubstantiated complaint" from a guest.  Alcohol and teenagers - ugh.  Just an ugly story; so sad.  People all over the world are moved by this story.

Justice can be blind at times and this is a perfect example of it.
