His punishment should fit the crime. He needs to do weekend lock-up and be put on the side of the road every Saturday and Sunday picking up trash. That way he gets punished but still keeps his job and supports his family. Just a sad story all the way around. The Bama guy has never been in trouble before, doesn't usually drink, but was so drunk that night that he doesn't remember what he did. The LSU kid didn't go back to school because he was worried that everyone would recognize him.
