He's done well/OK as HC at two different schools. So he's been a HC for 6 - 7 years and moved from one program to another so he knows what it's like to come in and take over. Not saying that makes him a winning coach. Far from it. But at least he knows from experience the tasks he's got to get done in a hurry to get the UT program up and running again.
