Post by: N.AL-Tider on January 13, 2013, 01:56:43 PM It really looks more impressive than it really was. The guy, #13, was trying to take the ball away from EL instead of trying to tackle him. He was off balance badly too.
Still, I loved that play in particular... #+ Title: Re: Get Off Me! Post by: crtuneman on January 14, 2013, 08:12:47 AM It really looks more impressive than it really was. Still, I loved that play in particular... #+ Also shows the strength disparity between the teams. A ND LB is trying with both hands to rip the ball out of EL's one hand, and EL just shoves him away. Our S & C is second to none. Title: Re: Get Off Me! Post by: pmull on January 14, 2013, 08:33:04 AM Eddie Lacy reminded me a lot of Trent Richardson late in the year with his aggressive running style. Our running backs take the stiff arm to a whole new level. They throw defenders around. Is this style running being taught by Burton Burns or does this running style come natural and we recruit it? I think it is taught.
