Title: Bama Shows Change of Direction
Post by: ALTideUp on February 07, 2013, 07:57:30 AM
Well with National Signing Day behind us we can survey the new bama recruits and see a clear change in the team strategy. Bama recruited 3 300lb O-lineman and 4-5 running backs that could play DT at most of the schools Bama plays. It looks like they are going to transition from a dominating, line-oriented, up-the-gut, run-based offense, to an unstoppable up-the-gut, line-oriented, run-based offense. Bwahaahahaha.

Dear Opponents: Save yourself the trouble of watching film on us. We are going to run up the middle. Good luck.

But, they also recruited one of the top QBs in the nation, and some outstanding WRs also.  So, when Bama isn't running it down their throats, it will be passing the ball over their heads.  Good luck stopping that.   ;D

Proving once again, "It's not the 'x's and the 'o'x, it's the Jimmys and the Joes"
And it helps when the Jimmys and the Joes are bigger, faster, stronger and meaner than everybody else's Jimmys and Joes.   RTR!

And when you combine the xs and os with the Jimmys and Joes, you get 42-14

I'm personally still waiting for SC's 98-0 prediction to come true.  :D

It's coming, but it might be split across 2 years.  We got half of it last year.

I prefer the sportsmanship of playing the 13th string with some walk-on the announcers can't even find on the roster getting 70 yards rushing in the 2nd half. HTH
