(Why? I'm a baseball fan and they are the best alternative most of the time.) The Marlins announcers (Rich Weitz & Tommy Hutton) are easy to take and make the games interesting. Marlins have always had young, scrappy players who play hard and just enjoy the game. Most of these guys are just happy to be in the major leagues. But as a business they are in for a tough year, as these pix indicate.

It just doesn't seem like the players get the support of GOOD leadership in the front office. |
