I got a feeling that judge may have went to Auburn and he don't care what happens to Mr. Updyke. RTR!

Any sane person would agree what Updyke did to the trees was wrong. However, the amount of tax payer money being spent to prosecute him is ridiculous. This should have been plea bargained out over a year ago.

If I was judge I would have given him a slap on the wrist, pay restitution and pick up trash on the side of the road for 6 months. Then I would tell everyone to get the he** out of my courtroom I have important cases to hear.
