Title: Softball Set to Play Six Games in Four Days Post by: Jamos on February 27, 2013, 06:04:53 AM The top-ranked Alabama softball team (16-0) will be continuing its homestand this week with six games in four days. The Tide starts with single games against Samford (6-6) on Wednesday, Feb. 27 and South Alabama (13-1) on Thursday, Feb. 28, before moving immediately into the Easton Classic on March 1-2. Iowa State (7-4) and St. John’s (3-7-1) will be participating in the 2013 Easton Classic.

ISU had 4 runs on 2 hits (both hits fielded by pitcher), 2 errors, 3 walks and a passed ball. Sloppy play for the No. 1 team in the nation. I have lost count but I think we are 22-0. We play a non-conference game at home on Wednesday against arch enemy Florida and a three game series at home against a very good Tenn team.
