I think we all feel that way. I knew Saturday when we lost to UF that baring a miricle we were going to the NIT. I have come to accept that I would rather play a few home games and make a run in the NIT than sit home. Yep, and I also knew that there would be those that got in over us that would a bone of contention, as was the case 2 years ago. We beat the socks off of Villanova and we beat South Dakota St. Both of those teams are in. We had a better conference record than Mizzou, but alas, they made it in and we did not. So let's go win the NIT. We've already kicked azz in Madison Square Garden once this year. I see no reason we can't do it again. Just need to win at home first. The team put itself in this position by not getting a few more W's, but the guys have a chance to really put an exclamation mark on this season by going all the way to MSG and bringing home at least some kind of championship.
