These men have won the last 3 out of 4 championships.  Seems to make sense that they'd be compensated above all others...they're doing a better job than all others.

Bonuses are definitely kicking in-- which is what is suppose to happen to reward excellence. But a new bonus system (hierarchy) needs to be added to provide more incentive-- double salary on back-to-back NCs, tri-peat means triple salary, etc..  JMHO and RTR
