Title: ESPN Projections for Top SEC Prospects of 2014 NFL Draft-Several Tide Players Post by: Marshal Dillon on May 10, 2013, 09:49:19 PM Kiper stated OT Kouanjijo is the #4 prospect in the 2014 Draft. Remember these are the top prospects, not all of them. DePreist is not on the list and I know he will be drafted.
Quote Here is how the top 20 prospects broken down by school: Alabama - 5 Florida - 3 Texas A&M - 3 South Carolina - 2 Tennessee - 2 LSU - 1 Ole Miss - 1 Miss. State - 1 Georgia - 1 Vanderbilt - 1 The schools that don't have a representative on the list are Auburn, Arkansas, Missouri and Kentucky.] :lol2: http://www.al.com/sports/index.ssf/2013/05/espns_sec_list_of_top_20_nfl_d.html#incart_most-comments Title: Re: ESPN Projections for Top SEC Prospects of 2014 NFL Draft-Several Tide Players Post by: Marshal Dillon on May 10, 2013, 09:55:25 PM Here's Kiper's 2014 Projections:
Quote Three more Alabama players are on Kiper's list of the second 25 players: Safety HaHa Clinton-Dix is No. 30. Inside linebacker Trey DePriest is No. 39. Quarterback AJ McCarron is No. 41. I am a little surprised to see AJ at #41 overall since no one seems to give him much credit as a QB. http://www.al.com/alabamafootball/index.ssf/2013/05/check_out_how_many_alabama_foo.html :popcorn2: Title: Re: ESPN Projections for Top SEC Prospects of 2014 NFL Draft-Several Tide Players Post by: ricky023 on May 11, 2013, 06:16:06 AM Well AJ has come to known as a game manager. The NFL looks more of a take charge kind of guy. RTR!

People seem to forget that he was banged up a good part of last year. Apparently, he's healthy now. If he stays that way and CNS turns him loose more this year like he said he was, I can see AJ likely going high in the draft with a good year.
