Anyone here have a Facebook account?

I have a Facebook account. I started it a few years ago to keep up with my kids. A few old friends have found me and that is nice. I look at it everyday but I rarely post anything.

I have one.  It is pretty good for keeping up with family and friends that you normally wouldn't see that often.

I first got on to find some college friends for a reunion.  It grew to keeping up with ex players .  I keep up with people from me hometown also.

We post to your acct. from time to time---great fun.  Sorry that your folks and ministry had to be dragged into that crystal meth / teenage lesbo thing, but there was no other way to make the joke really work otherwise. Your local police made a couple of us drop their accts., but now they are in on it with us and have agreed to "Share" and "Like" on other goofs. HTH   Have an e-cred!

I was wondering who make those posts. I asked the FBI to look into it and they said they would like to but all their manpower was tied up on this Devonta Pollard case.

We tried to pin that one (the Pollard case) on you but the little kid we paid kept running off into traffic instead of to the neighbors.     >:(   :-*

I have a FaceBook page. It is a good way to post scripture so many folks can see. RTR!

I have one. It is especially important for us now as both my wife and I use it to keep up with family back in God's Country (some of you may refer to it as Tuscaloosa). I have also been able to find some old friends I haven't seen in a long time (including some high school friends I haven't seen in 20 years).

God's Country?  No wonder Notre Dame lost.

Darn tootin', OT!

I tried facebook once.  After about 3 months I decided that it was a huge waste of time.  It has become a total distraction from real life in many cases.  Too many people, mostly girls I would think, use it to bolster their self esteem and fail miserably.  Just my  $0.02 worth...  I'll shut up now... :-X

I have an account, but I haven't spent more than 30 minutes logged on in the last 3-4 years.  Like anything, it has both positive and negatives.  A lot of people (yes, mostly women), use it almost wholly for being nosey and to see if they're keeping up with the Joneses.  I find the whole thing too annoying to use it for the better side - which is keeping up with friends and family that live away.

I used Facebook before I moved overseas, but since I've been here it's been my way to stay connected with home.  I can share pictures and stories of things that happen as well as keeping up with family and friends. 

And of course when I'm watching football games alone at 3:30 in the morning I can "talk" with family and friends about the games.
