Wow, that was two exiciting games yesterday and they were two games that Bama badly needed for their chase to make the SEC tournament. There are nine games left on their SEC schedule, three games each with LSU, Auburn, and South Carolina and none of these games will be a cakewalk.

Bama controls their own destiny now by beating State the two games yesterday in the SEC chase, so hopefully they can take the third game today and keep their momentum going into the home stretch of the season. Roll Tide!!

Thanks, been MIA a lot lately.  Lipscomb has palyed their final home game and the high school season is about over, so maybe I can slow down a bit and enjoy the Bama games left.

Bama failed to score in the 2nd, but MSU got 2 on a HR to cut the Bama lead to 3-2 aftefr 2 innings.

Don't know if you heard ealier in the game, Miller, Bama leftfielder, was injured in the first inning. He ran into the wall chasing a flyball and injured his shoulder, Gregory replaced him.

Pitching and defensively that was our worst inning of the year. Hitting has been our problem but today errors and poor pitching are killing us.

Yeah, our bullpen gave up 6 runs in the last 2 innings.  That coupled with a couple of untimely errors and leaving a dozen or more runners on base is a formula for disaster.

Not to mention having our resident Holy Man place a hex on the defense. 8)

I think mine was beginner's luck :))
