I don't think OSU has any intention of letting him go. The LOI did not site Lack of Institutional Control or Failure To Monitor. I think the NCAA will slap them on the wrist a little harder than OSU did to themselves and I think some or all of the 2010 wins will be vacated. After all all the smoke settles I think sweatervest keeps his job.

They did not accuse them of "Lack of Institutional Control" or "Failure To Monitor". Histroically those are the two charges that carry the heavy penalties.
OSU has every reason to let him go and they have not done it yet. I don't think they will. IMO they are going to weather the storm with him.
