I've never seen any school penalize themselves this harsh for secondary violations.
If they are hitting themselves this hard, they had better look out because the NCAA should have more to offer them and it won't be very nice. During Easter I realized what is was about that turf I don't like (besides it being obviously ugly). That's the same color blue as the food dye used for blue malted milkballs. It's the only color ones I don't eat. Now, what was the question? Yep, agree. Boise's self-imposed penalties seem harsh, because everyone knows there's more beneath the surface. Luck if the NCAA backs off.
