Williams was placed today on the Seattle Seahawks' injured reserve because of a knee injury, according to the Seattle Times. I hope his surgery goes well and he'll come back next year able to play at 100%. :(

There hasn't been any news of him hurting a knee since leaving Bama. The scope was for a small meniscus tear that he had been living with for quite some time, I believe. I'm guessing he either aggravated it, if it wasn't fixed properly, or he had an injury that wasn't publicized. In 2009 # 54 was Glenn Harbin. in 2009 we occassionally put Chapman and Cody in at the same time. Jesse was a two year player in 2011 & 2012.
