True, every recruit does not go on to stardom, but the UK average on that has been better than most schools. You will still have some very good players that are not one and done. That is your depth. He's a 4**** recruit and he has some ballhandling issues. He may never win an NCAA Championship because of the turnover but I think he lost 3 players to NBA in 2010 and he seemed to do ok until it got deep into March Madness. KY didn't look all that good early but by tournament time they had gelled and made a deep run. He can probably do Sweet 16 most years with his "process" and reach the occassional Final Four. Not too sure how happy UK fans will be without the title, though. I guess you'd call it "talent over experience" and most coaches would rather have talent.
