He is a perfectionist and expects his coaches to be the same. They say when he got the job at LSU none of his coaches from MSU got on the plane to come to LSU with him. If you ever watch the Ga game watch him get after Bobby Williams after Bama blew the fake punt and Ga's worked.

He has to keep on top of his coaches just like the players. It takes a full group together to win titles. Nobody does it alone and it is a lot of hard work. I support CNS in process because it grows and works. I don't like the days when people was laughing at us but now, they hate us because we are Winners. RTR!

I have heard former assistants say he is hard to work for but he is fair and does not ask you to do anything he does not do. He is loyal to his assistants and makes sure they are compensated well.
