You can listen to the Ole Miss - Texas game on your ride home. None of us will get to watch that game since it is on the Longhorn Network.

They gave lip service to showing the game on some "local stations" when Ole Miss complained about the Longhorn Network.  (Texas pulled a fast one on that.)  But I don't know if that is actually happening or not.  Maybe just in Oxford.

Personally, I think this game is way over-hyped. Miss. State stinks and Awbarn beats them easily. Mullen will be in deep doo-doo after this game.

Miss State always stinks. The barn normally does. You know your program stinks when Miss State is a good benchmark. Miss State can't score but the barn can not stop anyone. Miss State has a decent defense and the barn thinks Gus can run up 40 on anyone. I think it will be an interesting game.

The barn is on a 0-10 streak against SEC teams. Their last win was over a terrible Houston Nutt Ole Miss team in 2011.

I think Ole Miss will win this game by a low score of 24/20. RTR!

Pull them through for us, coach! And maybe take a helmet with you just in case.  :lol2:

I'm cheering for Ole Miss on this, but I think Texas will win 24-21.

I picked Ole Miss to win this (mainly due to point spread), but this is a tough one to pick. If Texas loses, the wheels are going to come off the Longhorns & Mack Brown. The game is in Austin and Texas should be fired up after that beating from BYU, but they are defensively a train wreck.

It is in Texas, but will anybody show up?  The players won't be inspired by a half empty stadium.

I just saw on ESPN that the guy that replaced him at Michigan took them from 110th to 17th the first year with the same players, then 10th the second year.

Ole Miss may hang half a hundred on them.

Texas killed Ole Miss last year.  This is a game Hugh Freeze has had circled on his calendar, after the thumping in Oxford last year.  So Ole Miss is highly motivated.  Texas just got embarrassed by BYU, and now they're back home, so they're highly motivated too.  We will get both team's best games.
