I was thinking the same thing as the article. Does A-Rod really think he can come out on top of this because he is the one who used PED's. He might not have known but that excuse is not in the rules and regulations that I can think of. If somebody has otherwise please correct me. Thanks. JMHO. RTR!

It's fashionable to beat up on A-Rod, but Selig/MLB's hands aren't entirely clean in this matter.  IMHO, MLB's position in the current arbitration hearing is largely based on the testimony of Bosch, who ain't exactly an altar boy kind of witness.  I will not be surprised if a lot of MLB's case crumbles and A-Rod's suspension is reduced to 50 to 75 games.  I would not be shocked if the whole suspension is thrown out because of non-credible evidence.  The MLBPA is supporting A-Rod in this hearing. They must think the matter is worth arguing.

I've thought Selig was a jerk from the day he took on the Commish's job, so I'm glad A-Rod filed this suit.  Make Selig defend himself in court.

But I could be off.  A-Rod may be found guilty for all of this.  Whatever, the way he's been treated by MLB just grates against my sense of fair treatment.
