Title: Bama receiving corp Post by: 2Stater on October 06, 2013, 11:02:45 AM With Amari's toe injury, and the stellar play from Chris Black yesterday, is anybody else surprised that he's not getting any more playing time? Has he been in Saban's doghouse? Not working hard in practice? Has B.O.? :dunno:
I was amazed at how quick he is. So I'm naturally curios as to why he hasn't played more. I know we have a plethora of talented receivers with the likes of White, Norwood, Bell, Christion Jones and others, but I would sure like to see him on the field more. Thoughts? I think the competition at receiver is just making getting playing time hard. He got everyone's attention yesterday and with the late TD against Ole Miss. CNS mentioned him in the TV side line reporter interview after the game. I think we will see more of him as the year goes on.

I think the rest of the season is going to be fun to watch. We've seen the team gradually gel from game to game, while young players are gaining valuable experience. I hope we see more of Chris Black.
