Title: Re: Should the NCAA be able to fire coachs for violations? Post by: pmull on March 06, 2011, 09:54:58 AM I think if a program gets put on probation it should follow the coach. I hate it when a coach leaves a school in trouble and takes a another job. Kiffin is a good example.

I hate it when a coach leaves a school in trouble and takes a another job. Kiffin is a good example. This should go both ways, the school hired the coach and let the actions take place.{As long as they are wining} In Kiffin's situation he had/has garbage with him everywhere he has been. Hit them both. Title: Re: Should the NCAA be able to fire coachs for violations? Post by: pmull on March 06, 2011, 10:25:47 AM I agree with you Pup. I think the responsibity should be shared 50/50 by the school and the coach.

millions of dollars pay check . I agree there needs to be some accountability on both sides ... the school and the coach . make a rule that the coach can't take another job until there a no outstanding violations looming . hefty fines and unemployment lines should be the norm . Post by: ricky023 on March 06, 2011, 01:45:50 PM The NCAA should not be able to fire a coach although his record should be in forefront at all job applications. I do however, think the NCAA should make it so hard on the next school he goes to, that they would be very careful about hiring him. He left kids in a bad situation and fans they had nothing to do with. RTR!
