I want to thank Jamos for the fun, food and hospitality at his tailgate yesterday. He made my daughter and I feel right at home. If you have never tailgated with Jamos you are missing a treat. They had grills, deep fryers and smokers all going. I had BBQ chicken wings, venison sausage, ribs and shrimp poor boy. They even had a full pig cooking in BBQ pit. I promise you it was all melt in your mouth good. They have a good spot in a business parking lot that has plenty of room, a short walk to Bryant Denny and most importantly bathrooms.

Jamos is a true southern gentlemen and a terrific host. When he is not cooking he is telling one interesting story after another. He loves all the Bama sports programs and the city of Tuscaloosa. He had a smile on his face all day and you could tell he was enjoying himself as much as I was.

I also got to meet Peewee. A very nice guy and a great addition to us here at CRS.

I almost forgot. The game was good too.  :D   

Wish I could have joined you guys (and met you too!).

Pmull, I'm glad you got to experience a tailgating with Jamos. He is, indeed, a great guy and I'm proud to call him my friend. I think he literally knows everybody, lol! Rumor has it that the Pope came to his tailgating one day and two guys were talking. One asked the other "Who are those guys?" The other responded "I have no idea who the guy in the white robe is, but the other guy is Jamos."  :lol2:

Jamos is top shelf , I have that info from a very reliable source  :worship:

one day when I can , I'm riding up there with my friend from the east
and we are going to throw down like it's 1999 ...

Thanks for all the kind words but I'm only as good as my friends are, thanks to all of you for being my friend. I hope to get the chance to meet more of the CRS family someday.:clap::D

Peewee has season tickets , me ? lucky if I catch one game a year  :dunno:

buying tickets ?  seats together ? help me here ...
been to many games but I've never bought a ticket to a game at BDS
I think people feel sorry for me and just give em' to me  :lol2:
so , I may have to break my freebie record and buy tickets if that is what it takes
or if we can figure out what game we all are going to I'll be requesting in advance

I've said it before and I'll say it again.  Jamos is good people.  While I must agree that he is "only as good as my friends are" it is obvious to me that Jamos started finding and making some incredibly great friends long, LONG ago...
