The fifth-year senior typically gets his hands wrapped around the time reporters are ushered in and out of an Alabama practice. That wasn't necessary Tuesday, as Steen sported a full-on club on his right hand.

Steen shrugged it off.

"It's doing all right. Chance (Warmack) wore one last year," he said. "Just being a little cautious for this game. Big game as you all know."

"When we started to get a little tired toward the end of practice, he stepped in and said something and tried to keep us going and push ourselves," Steen said. "He's one of those guys that will push us when we start getting tired. He does a great job of that."
