Title: Who Will be the New Ohio State Football Coach in 2012? Post by: Marshal Dillon on May 30, 2011, 09:59:11 AM Well, the ink on the "resignation" isn't even dry and already the speculation has started for his replacement. Speculation is on several Ohio natives:
Bo Pelini Jon Gruden Bob Stoops (yeah, I know, ths is getting old) Urban Meyer I would scratch Gruden and Stoops, not sure about the other two. I think OSU gets hit with, at a minimum, more than 30 lost scholarships, 5 years of probation, and a 2 year bowl ban. I think it's possible they lose 35-40 scholarships because there may be even more stuff out there. Plus, the OSU administrators had no control of Tressel.
