Title: Bama's Upshaw goes to bat for state's tornado victims
Post by: Terrie1959 on June 05, 2011, 02:47:32 PM
Courtney Upshaw, a senior for the University of Alabama football team, is doing his part in helping the victims of the April 27 tornadoes, which devastated many parts of Alabama.

The "41 Fund" -- named after the 2011 Capital One Bowl's MVP's jersey number -- was established with permission from the university and the NCAA.

My admiration of this young man just went up tremendously. What a wonderful young man.

After hearing of Courtney's "growing up", my admiration could not be any higher than it already it is.
On of the finest individuals to ever donned a University of Alabama Uniform.
