If he comes back and gets hurt again he can kiss the NFL good bye. I think he made a business decision that removes the risk. Vinnie will be missed greatly, but he must believe the possibility of a career-ending injury in college outweighs the positives of coming back. I think VS could be a good pickup for someone looking for a hard-hitting safety.
